About Nurse Pathway

We Help Nurses Find Their Path to Better Work-Life Balance

Our Mission

Nurse Pathway exists to help CNAs, LPNs, and RNs discover legitimate remote and flexible nursing opportunities while providing the study materials and career guidance needed to make successful transitions.

We’re not a staffing agency. We’re not recruiters. We’re a trusted resource hub that curates real opportunities and provides honest guidance for nurses seeking better work-life balance.

What We Do

✓ Curate Verified Job Opportunities
We hand-select remote, flexible, and per-diem nursing positions from legitimate employers and trusted platforms. Every listing is reviewed before posting.

✓ Link to Employers & Partner Platforms
All jobs link directly to employer application pages or verified partner platforms like NurseDash and FlexJobs. We don’t collect applications or act as intermediaries.

✓ Provide Realistic Career Guidance
We explain which roles are actually available for each license level, what experience is required, and the honest steps to transition from bedside to remote or flexible work.

✓ Offer Affordable Study Materials
Our downloadable NCLEX prep guides, study tools, and career resources are designed by nurses and priced affordably to support your advancement.

✓ Create Free Career Content
Our blog provides free career advice, pathway guides, and industry insights to help you make informed decisions about your nursing career.

What We Don’t Do

✗ We don’t employ nurses or hire for positions
✗ We don’t collect job applications
✗ We don’t scrape random job boards or post unverified listings
✗ We don’t promise unrealistic outcomes or overhype remote opportunities
✗ We don’t sell your information to third parties

How We Make Money (We’re Transparent)

We earn revenue through:

  1. Affiliate Partnerships
When you sign up for partner platforms like NurseDash (per-diem shifts) or FlexJobs (remote job subscriptions), we may earn a commission. This is always clearly disclosed on job listings.
  2. Digital Products
We sell downloadable study materials, NCLEX prep guides, and career resources. Products are priced affordably and are one-time purchases with lifetime access.
  3. Sponsored Listings (Occasional)
Some employers pay to feature their job listings. These are always clearly marked as “Sponsored” and are still hand-selected for quality.

This revenue model allows us to keep career advice and job listings free while maintaining independence. We only recommend services and products we genuinely believe help nurses.

Our Commitment to You

✓ Honest Information
We provide realistic guidance about what remote and flexible opportunities actually exist, not false promises.

✓ Transparent Partnerships
All affiliate relationships and sponsored content are clearly disclosed.

✓ Quality Over Quantity
We curate fewer, better job listings rather than overwhelming you with spam.

✓ Privacy Respected
We don’t sell your email or personal information. Ever.

✓ Nurses First
We prioritize what helps nurses over what makes us the most money. Your success is our success.

Who Runs Nurse Pathway

Nurse Pathway was created by nurses who saw too many colleagues fall for scam “remote nursing jobs” or struggle to understand what flexible opportunities actually exist.

We built this platform to provide clarity, realistic guidance, and legitimate opportunities for nurses seeking better work-life balance — whether that’s working from home, picking per-diem shifts, or transitioning to non-bedside roles.

We believe every nurse deserves honest information and real options for building a sustainable career.
